D(2)(a) Maintenance shall be work performed for the repair, replacement, renovation, revamp, and upkeep of property, machinery and equipment within the limits of the plant property or other locations related directly thereto. D(2)(b) The word “repair,” used within the terms of this Addendum and in accordance with maintenance, is work required to restore by replacement of parts of existing facilities to efficient operating conditions.
