Rule 6, Pleadings. (1) Within 30 days after receipt of notice of dock- eting of the appeal, as provided in the last sentence of Rule 3, the appellant shall file with the Board an original and two copies of a complaint setting forth simple, concise and direct state- ments of each of his claims, alleging the basis with appropriate reference to contract provisions for each claim, and the dollar amount claimed. This plead- ing shall fulfill the generally recog- nized requirements of a complaint, al- though no particular form or formality is required. Upon receipt thereof, the Recorder of the Board shall serve a copy upon the respondent. Should the complaint not be received within 30 days, xxxxxxxxx’s claim and appeal may, if in the opinion of the Board the issues before the Board are sufficiently defined, be deemed to set forth his complaint and the respondent shall be so notified.

  • SEC Filings AMAO has filed all documents required to be filed by AMAO under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, including pursuant to Section 13(a) or 15(d) thereof (the “SEC Filings”), and AMAO has filed such materials on a timely basis or has received a valid extension of such time of filing and has filed any such SEC Documents prior to the expiration of any such extension, except for its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the quarterly periods ended March 31, 2021, June 30, 2021 and September 30, 2021. As of their respective filing dates, the SEC Documents complied in all material respects with the requirements of the Securities Act and the Exchange Act as applicable to the SEC Filings and the rules and regulations of the Commission promulgated thereunder, except for a warrant accounting issue (the “Warrant Accounting Issue”) and a classification error related to temporary equity and permanent equity made in AMAO’s historical financial statements where, at the closing of AMAO’s initial public offering, AMAO improperly valued its common stock subject to possible redemption (the “Temporary Equity Issue”).   • Cost Disclosure - Documents and Written Reports Architect shall be responsible for compliance with California Government Code section 7550, if the total cost of the Contract is over five thousand dollars ($5,000).

  • By Non-State Agencies Upon acceptance of Product or as otherwise provided by Contract, Contractor may invoice for payment. The required payment date shall be thirty calendar days, excluding legal holidays, or as mandated by the appropriate governing law from the receipt of a proper invoice. The terms of Article 11-A of the State Finance Law apply only to procurements by and the consequent payment obligations of Agencies. Neither expressly nor by any implication is the statute applicable to Non- State Authorized Users. Neither OGS nor the State Comptroller is responsible for payments on any purchases made by a Non- State Agency Authorized User.
