Form 700 Filing. The California Political Reform Act and the Chula Vista Conflict of Interest Code require certain government officials and consultants performing work for government agencies to publicly disclose certain of their personal assets and income using a Statement of Economic Interests form (Form 700). In order to assure compliance with these requirements, Consultant shall comply with the disclosure requirements identified in the attached Exhibit C, incorporated into the Agreement by this reference.

The California Political Reform Act and the Imperial Beach Conflict of Interest Code require certain government officials and Service Providers performing work for government agencies to publicly disclose certain of their personal assets and income using a Statement of Economic Interests form (Form 700). In order to assure compliance with these requirements, Contractor/Service Provider shall comply with the disclosure requirements identified in the attached Exhibit C, incorporated into the Agreement by this reference.

In order to assure compliance with these requirements, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, to the extent applicable, comply with the disclosure requirements identified in the attached Exhibit C, incorporated into the Agreement by reference. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx warrants that the scope of this Agreement does not confer “Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx” status on any of the attorneys and other firm personnel providing services pursuant to this Agreement; therefore, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx is not subject to the public disclosure requirements as a “public official” under the City’s conflict of interest code. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx will only accept this engagement if it does not, under the City’s conflict code, qualify any Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx attorney or other personnel as public officials.
