Rules and Regulations and Compliance. a. The Permittee aggress to observe and obey any and all such Airport Rules and Regulations. The City reserves the right to deny access to the Airport and its facilities to any person, firm or corporation that fails or refuses to obey and comply with such Airport Rules and Regulations.
