RULES AND REGULATIONS OF OCCUPANCY. 2021/22 • Licencees are contracted to stay at DeansHall Self-Catering Accommodation from August 30th, 2021 up to May 20th 2022. In the event that you wish to terminate this Agreement earlier than the 20th of May 2022, you are required to give 28 days’ notice in writing to Management. • Management can provide a minimum of 28 days’ notice* to end a tenancy agreement with a student tenant. *(Note: Students can be given 7 days’ notice in serious cases involving dangerous behaviour including where there is a threat to life or a threat to the fabric of the dwelling. • This Agreement is personal to you and may not be assigned or sub-licensed except with the prior written consent of DeansHall.
