Rules for Determining Reason for Termination. (A) If a Voluntary Termination occurs on a date that Executive is eligible for Retirement as defined in The Hartford Investment and Savings Plan, as may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan thereof (the “Savings Plan”), such Voluntary Termination shall instead be treated as a Termination Due to Retirement solely for purposes of this Section 5.
