RULES OF OPERATION. Within thirty (30) calendar days after the effective date of this Agreement, PSAV shall prepare and submit to the Executive Director for approval, a set of PSAV’s rules of operation for the Convention Center. The rules shall contain, but not be limited to, the type of services and manner in which PSAV will provide such services.
