Scheduling of Meetings Meetings of the Committee will be scheduled quarterly. The Committee may meet more or less frequently as agreed by both parties. Either party may request a meeting of the Union-Management Communication Committee by sending a written request, including a description of the issue(s) to be addressed, to the other party. Requests directed to the University will be submitted to the University’s labor relations manager; requests directed to the Union will be submitted to the Union’s Spokane business office. Committee meetings will be scheduled at a mutually acceptable time and place. Both parties will provide a written list and description of agenda items at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the meeting.
Posting of Seniority List The Administration shall post the seniority list twice annually by October 1 and March 1 of each work year. The seniority list shall be posted on the designated bulletin board in each building/work site and will indicate, by area of certification, license, or entry-level requirement, the first day worked, the date of Board resolution to hire, and the contract status (limited or continuing) of each employee. Said list shall be provided by the Superintendent to the Association President on or before the date of posting.
Filing of Agreement Upon execution of this Agreement, it shall be filed with the appropriate state regulatory agency pursuant to the requirements of Section 252 of the Act. If the regulatory agency imposes any filing or public notice fees regarding the filing or approval of the Agreement, Carrier shall be responsible for publishing the required notice and the publication and/or notice costs shall be borne by Carrier.
Felling of trees The Authority shall assist the Concessionaire in obtaining the Applicable Permits for felling of trees to be identified by the Authority for this purpose if and only if such trees cause a material adverse effect on the construction, operation or maintenance of the Bus Terminal. The cost of such felling shall be borne by the Authority, and in the event of any delay in felling thereof for reasons beyond the control of the Concessionaire, it shall be excused for failure to perform any of its obligations hereunder if such failure is a direct consequence of delay in the felling of trees. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties hereto agree that the felled trees shall be deemed to be owned by the Authority and shall be disposed in such manner and subject to such conditions as the Authority may in its sole discretion deem appropriate.
Posting of Agreement 68.1 To ensure that the Parties are aware of the terms of the Agreement, and to assist in any resolution of a disputes or the avoidance thereof a copy of this Agreement shall be retained by the Employer at all times for ready access by any Employee on a project site or via access to the Employer’s intranet, and the Employer will provide a permanent copy for each Union Delegate or Employee representative and Health and Safety Representative on a project site.
Log of Closed Meeting Minutes Step 2. The Board meets in closed session to review the log of unreleased closed meeting minutes. The Board or Recording Secretary brings a copy of all unreleased closed meeting minutes and, if requested, allows Board members to review the actual minutes. Printing of Agreement The parties will mutually share the cost of printing this Agreement.
