Common use of Run No-Shows and Delays Clause in Contracts

Run No-Shows and Delays. Any run that arrives at its destination forty-five (45) or more minutes later than the time specified by the Board shall be considered a “No-Show”. All runs must be completed, even those considered a “No-Show.” No payment will be made for runs that STS deem to be “no shows” which are the fault of the Vendor. Vendor shall notify the Board and the appropriate school(s) by phone if for any reason a run will arrive at any school(s) fifteen (15) or more minutes after the agreed upon time.
