Such restrictions are typically triggered by usage that is in excess of, or is inconsistent with, the norm under the applicable service plan and may, for example, be in the form of deactivation of problem units and/or increases, following notice to Dealer, in Uplink’s monthly recurring charges to Dealer. In the event of network congestion or an emergency, to prevent harm to another person, or in response to requests from civil authorities, Dealer acknowledges that access to telecommunications networks may have to be reallocated and without liability to Dealer or any third parties.
