Fraudulent Use Sample Clauses
Fraudulent Use. The Customer is responsible for all charges for Services subscribed to, regardless of who used the Services. The Customer is solely responsible in the event of charges arising from the fraudulent use of Service and/or Equipment by a third party.
Fraudulent Use. You must safeguard your computer system and any password or other Website-entry materials to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your computer system and account information. You acknowledge that Company cannot verify the identity of persons using a Website under your password. Company is not responsible for the use of lost or stolen password information. Should you allow others access to your online account information, you will be responsible for all actions that such persons might take with respect to your account. If you suspect that your account has been fraudulently used or otherwise compromised, you must immediately notify us.
Fraudulent Use. You must safeguard any password or other Website-entry materials to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your account information, as you acknowledge Chariton Valley cannot verify the identity of persons using a Website under your password. Chariton Valley is not responsible for the use of lost or stolen password information. Should you allow others access to your online account information, you will be responsible for all actions such people might take with respect to your account. If you suspect your account has been fraudulently used or otherwise compromised, you must immediately notify us.
Fraudulent Use. 8.1 You acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for any fraudulent use or misuse of your Membership and/or Access Media while it is not in your possession, unless you have previously reported the Membership and/or Access Media lost or stolen to the Company (either in person or in writing) prior to fraudulent usage occurring.
8.2 In the event that a Membership is found to be used to access the Ski Lifts by any person other than the Holder, the Membership will be cancelled for fraudulent use.
8.3 In the first occurrence of fraudulent use, a fee, determined by the Company, may be issued to re-instate the Membership if sufficient evidence is provided that absolves the Holder of responsibility for fraudulent usage.
8.4 Subsequent occurrences of fraudulent usage will result in permanent cancellation of the Membership, and all associated benefits will be withdrawn from the Holder.
8.5 In an event of fraudulent use, the Company may involve police at the Company’s discretion.
Fraudulent Use. The fraudulent use of, or the intended or attempted fraudulent use of, Service is prohibited. The following activities constitute fraudulent use:
4.E.2.A. Using Service to transmit any message or code, locate a person, or otherwise give or obtain information, without payment for Service, or
4.E.2.B. Using or attempting to use Service with the intent to avoid the payment, either in whole or in part, of any charges by any means or device, or
4.E.2.C. Using Service to carry calls that originate on the network of a facilities-based interexchange carrier other than AT&T and terminate disproportionately to locations for which the cost to AT&T of terminating switched access is above the average cost of terminating switched access, based on the published access tariffs of local exchange companies. In any instance in which AT&T believes in good faith that there is fraudulent use of Service as set forth above, AT&T may, immediately and upon written notice to the Customer, and without liability on the part of AT&T, restrict, suspend or discontinue providing Service.
Fraudulent Use. Any Employee fraudulently obtaining sick leave, or anyone found falsifying sick leave records, shall be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Altering a physician's certificate or falsification of a written signed statement may be grounds for dismissal. The Department retains the right to investigate any Employee’s absence. All Employees the Union and the Employer recognize that abuse or misuse of sick leave is of mutual concern and that all parties recognize their responsibility to use sick leave only for legitimate uses. Employees shall not be paid for sick leave usage if said Employee performs work activity outside Gallia County 911 Communication Center twelve (12) hours prior to and/or after their leave unless a doctor's excuse is provided. Sick leave abuse/pattern of abuse or misuse of sick leave is the use of sick leave for any purpose other for that for which it was intended or provided. Consistent periods of sick leave usage that may indicate a pattern of abuse are, for example, but are not limited to:
A. before or after holidays without a doctor's excuse;
B. before or after vacation/weekends or scheduled days off without a doctor's excuse;
C. continued long term pattern of using sick leave without doctor's excuse or medical justification;
D. absence following overtime/off-duty assignments without a doctor's excuse; E. three or more incidents of usage within any sixty (60) day calendar period without medical documentation. An incident of sick time use is any single block of time for which sick leave was utilized;
Fraudulent Use. Upon request of Participating Entity, Contractor may provide information relative to equipment operation and features, and recommendations for reasonably safeguarding the equipment against toll fraud and unauthorized access. However, Participating entity is solely responsible for the security of its own communications equipment and services, authorization codes, routing assignments, systems addressing, voice mail boxes, direct inward system access (DISA), and internal systems and operations. Contractor and its affiliates are not responsible for unauthorized packet or usage charges, unauthorized access or other misuse of Participating Entity’s equipment or services by Participating entity, its employees and agents, or by any third parties.
Fraudulent Use. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose, including, for example, using the Services in a way that (1) interferes with our ability to provide Services to you or other customers; or
Fraudulent Use. Semperon shall not be liable for any loss, damage or be obligated to provide any refunds to Customer as a result of any fraudulent use of the Service by any third party or person. Customer understands and agrees that it is financially responsible for all outstanding fees and charges relating to the use of the Service, whether or not such usage was expressly authorized. Customer is solely responsible for the security of any device connected to the Service and shall take security precautions to ensure that there is no unauthorized access or misuse of the Service. It is the responsibility of Customer to notify Semperon of any unauthorized use or any other breach of security. Semperon will not be liable for any loss or damage from Customer’s failure to comply with this security obligation.
Fraudulent Use. 7.1 You acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for any fraudulent use or misuse of your Season Membership and/or Access Media while it is not in your possession, unless you have previously reported the Season Membership and/or Access Media lost or stolen to the Company (either in person or in writing) prior to fraudulent usage occurring.
7.2 In the event that a Season Membership is found to be used to access the Ski Lifts by any person other than the Holder, the Season Membership will be cancelled for fraudulent use.
