Common use of RUNNING EXPENSES Clause in Contracts

RUNNING EXPENSES. The Charterer agrees to accept the Yacht as outlined herein and further agrees to pay ALL running expenses during the term of the charter. This will include, but is not limited to, fuel, oil, water, food and other consumables, pilotage, port charges, customs fees, dockage and crew fees. Charterer will return the Yacht and dinghy with tanks full of fuel and water in their respective tanks.

RUNNING EXPENSES. The Charterer agrees to accept the Yacht Boat as outlined delivered as herein before provided and further agrees to pay ALL all running expenses during the term of the charter. This will include, charter including but is not limited toto dockage, fuel, oil, water, food and other consumablespump-outs, pilotage, port customs charges, customs feesradio telephone expenses, dockage and crew fees. Charterer will return the Yacht and dinghy with tanks full of fuel and water in their respective tanksetc.

This will includechartering, but is not limited toincluding food, fuel, oilstove fuel, water, food and other consumablesconsumable stores, pilotage, port charges, customs fees, dockage charges and crew fees. Charterer will return the Yacht provisions and dinghy with tanks full of fuel supplies for himself and water in their respective tanksparty.
