Common use of RUNNING EXPENSES Clause in Contracts

RUNNING EXPENSES. The Charterer shall pay all running expenses during charter period including pilotage, port charges, cruise guide and crew charges, service calls if applicable , refuelling costs, and provisions and supplies for him and his party. The charterer is required to provide credit card details and authorisation for payment to cover any outstanding fees and charges.

The If the Charterer is chartering a motor cruiser the charterer is required agrees to provide credit card details and authorisation for payment to cover any outstanding fees and chargespay a fuel deposit as determined by the Operator.
