Common use of S AUDIT OF CONTRACT COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

S AUDIT OF CONTRACT COMPLIANCE. The Contractor agrees that the State may, upon 24-hour notice, perform an audit at Contractor’s location(s) to determine if the Contractor is complying with the requirements of this contract. The Contractor agrees to cooperate with the State during the audit and produce all records and documentation that verifies compliance with the requirements of this contract.
