Common use of S uspension Clause in Contracts

S uspension. ASDM may, by written notice of suspension to the TP, without any obligation (financial or otherwise) suspend all the payments to the TP hereunder, if the TP shall be in breach of the Agreement or shall fail to perform any of its obligations under the Agreement, including the carrying out of the Services; provided that such notice of suspension: a) Shall specify the nature of the breach or failure, and b) Shall provide an opportunity to the TP to remedy such breach or failure within a period not exceeding thirty (30) days after receipt by the TP of such notice of suspension. The above action will be taken by ASDM after appropriate approvals.
