Common use of SaaS Application and Hosted Services Clause in Contracts

SaaS Application and Hosted Services. The breakdown of costs associated with the SaaS Application and Hosted Services appear in Appendix C (“Calculation of Charges”). Compensation for services rendered pursuant to Appendix B shall be made in quarterly payments, based on a calendar year, on or before the 1st day of each quarter.
