Common use of SaaS Licensed Software Clause in Contracts

SaaS Licensed Software. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Contractor hereby grants City and Authorized Users a renewable, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to access, display, and execute the SaaS Application and SaaS Services during the Term of this Agreement and any renewals thereof, if any.

SaaS Licensed Software. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Contractor hereby grants City and Authorized Users a renewable, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-royalty- free, and worldwide license to access, display, and execute the SaaS Application and SaaS Services during the Term of this Agreement and any renewals thereof, if any.

SaaS Licensed Software. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Contractor hereby grants City and Authorized Users a renewable, irrevocablerevocable, non-transferable, non- exclusive, royalty-freefree (except for fees owed to Contractor pursuant to Appendix C Payment Schedule), and worldwide license to access, display, and execute the SaaS Application Application(s) and SaaS Services during the Term of this Agreement and any renewals thereof, if any.

SaaS Licensed Software. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Term Sheet and the Agreement, Contractor hereby grants City and Authorized Users a renewable, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to access, display, and execute the SaaS Application and SaaS Services during the Term of this Term Sheet and the Agreement and any renewals thereof, if any.

SaaS Licensed Software. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Contractor hereby grants City and Authorized Users a renewable, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, access, display, and execute the SaaS Application and SaaS Services Application(s), including all OSS and/or Third-party Software, during the Term of this Agreement and any renewals thereofhereof, if any.
