Common use of SaaS Services Clause in Contracts

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external users documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and EFI will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your Customer’s internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external users Identity Cubes documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and EFI SailPoint will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your Customer’s internal business operations operations, subject to the terms of this SaaS Agreement and up to the number of external users Identity Cubes documented in the ScheduleOrder. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this SaaS Agreement is a services agreement and EFI SailPoint will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusivenon-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your its internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external application users documented in the ScheduleOrder Form. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and EFI will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer Subscriber will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external users units documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer Subscriber acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and EFI Trash Scan will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer Subscriber as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external users documented in the ScheduleSaaS Agreement. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this SaaS Agreement is a services agreement and EFI Paymate will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external users documented in the ScheduleAgreement. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and EFI OPTIGO will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 3.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide limited right to access and use the SaaS Services services solely for your Customers internal business operations and subject to the terms of this Agreement and up the agreement. Customer may, sub- ject to the number of external users documented in conditions on any Order Form, allow its Users to use the Scheduleservices for this purpose. Customer is responsible for its Users’ compliance with the agreement. 2.2 3.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and EFI Gnosis will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external users Identity Cubes documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and EFI Lemod will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your internal business operations subject to the DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-4381 and terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external users Identity Cubes documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and EFI SailPoint will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your internal business operations subject to the DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-3560 and terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external users Identity Cubes documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and EFI SailPoint will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your its internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external users Customer Service Units documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement service subscription, and EFI will not be delivering copies of that no other rights, other than the Software to Customer as part of ones described in 2.1 above during the SaaS ServicesSubscription Term, are being granted herein.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty royalty-free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external users documented in the ScheduleAgreement. 2.2 The Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and EFI BramJam will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external users Splash Package documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and EFI Splashmetrics will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide assignable right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your Customer’s internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external users documented in the ScheduleAgreement. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and EFI CarePaths will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer any software as part of the SaaS Servicesthis agreement.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty royalty-free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external users Identity Cubes documented in the Schedule. 2.2 . The Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and EFI [Company] will not be delivering copies of the Software Sohware to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external users documented in the ScheduleServices. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and EFI H3S will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for your its internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of external users Service Units documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement service subscription, and EFI will not be delivering copies of that no other rights, other than the Software to Customer as part of ones described in 2.1 above during the SaaS ServicesSubscription Term, are being granted herein.
