SaaS Fees. You agree to pay us the SaaS Fees. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. The SaaS Fees are based on the number of Defined Users and amount of Data Storage Capacity. You may add additional users or additional data storage capacity on the terms set forth in Section H(1). In the event you regularly and/or meaningfully exceed the Defined Users or Data Storage Capacity, we reserve the right to charge you additional fees commensurate with the overage(s).
SaaS Fees. SaaS Fees are invoiced on an annual basis, beginning on the commencement of the initial term as set forth in Section F (1) of this Agreement. Your annual SaaS fees for the initial term are set forth in the Investment Summary. Upon expiration of the initial term, your annual SaaS fees will be at our then-current rates.
SaaS Fees. The fees due and payable by Customer are stated in the applicable order form with Local CA. Local CA reserves the right to invoice Customer for any use of the SaaS in excess of the Authorized Use Limitation. Customer agrees that the purchase of any SaaS is not contingent on CA Europe providing any future features or functionality.
SaaS Fees. Customer agrees to pay BSA, and BSA agrees to accept from Customer as payment in full for the rights granted herein, the SaaS fees set forth in Schedule 1 to Exhibit A.
SaaS Fees. SaaS Fees are invoiced on an annual basis, beginning on the commencement of the initial term as set forth in Section F (1) of this Agreement. Your annual SaaS fees for the initial term are set forth in the Investment Summary. On the commencement of the initial term, Xxxxx will invoice SaaS Fees on a prorated basis from commencement of the initial term through September 30, 2021. Subsequent annual SaaS fees will be invoiced annually in advance for the term beginning October 1 and ending September 30, annually. Upon expiration of the initial term, your annual SaaS fees will be at our then-current rates. Upon expiration of the initial term, your annual SaaS fees will be at our then-current rates.
SaaS Fees. SaaS Fees for the initial year will be invoiced on a quarterly basis, beginning May 2017. SaaS fees after year one will be invoiced annually in advance of each anniversary thereof. Your annual SaaS fees are set forth in the Investment Summary. Upon expiration of the term, your annual SaaS fees will be at our then‐current rates.
SaaS Fees. Client will pay to Pequity the charges set forth in the applicable Order for the provision and use of the SaaS Services and Platform (the “SaaS Charges”), subject to the other provisions of this Section 4 (Fees). If at any time Client adds on a free Service, provided by Pequity, Client acknowledges that Pequity reserves the right to display ads within the Software, during the Client’s use of the free Service.
SaaS Fees. SaaS Fees are invoiced on an annual basis, beginning six (6) months after the commencement of the initial term as set forth in Section F (1) of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, there is no charge for the SaaS Services for the first six (6) months of the contract term. You will be invoiced for your year one (1) annual SaaS fees at the beginning of month seven (7) and then annually on every anniversary thereof. Your annual SaaS fees for the initial term are set forth in the Investment Summary. Upon expiration of the initial term, your annual SaaS fees will be at our then-current rates. The foregoing notwithstanding, SaaS Fees for the first two (2) annual renewal terms (years four (4) and five (5)) will not increase more than four percent (4%) on an annualized basis.

In the event you regularly and/or meaningfully exceed the Defined Users or Data Storage Capacity, we reserve the right to charge you additional fees commensurate with the overage(s). Prior to any increase in charges pursuant to this Section, Xxxxx will provide you notice of such excess(es) and reasonably cooperate with you to identify opportunities for managing user and Data Storage Capacity so as to not incur additional charges.
SaaS Fees. SaaS Fees for year one in the amount of $18,756.00, are invoiced annually in advance, beginning on the commencement date of the Renewal Term. Subsequent annual SaaS Fees are invoiced annually in advance, beginning on the anniversary of the initial invoice date.
