Common use of Saas Subscription Clause in Contracts

Saas Subscription. Dynatrace grants Customer, during the Term, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right for its Users to access and use the SaaS Subscription including, without limitation, the reports and statistical data generated for Customer through its use of the SaaS Subscription, solely by Customer and its Users within the territory, scope, type of use, limitations on deployment and as otherwise set forth in the applicable Order Form and for which Customer has paid the applicable fees to process Customer Data for Customer’s internal business purposes, in accordance with the Documentation and the Agreement.
