Saba Stockholder Approval. At the shareholders meeting called pursuant to Section 6.1(b), the Saba Major Stockholder shall vote all of his shares in favor of the approval of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Merger and the election of the directors designated in Section 1.4(b).
Saba Stockholder Approval. The Merger shall have been approved by the requisite vote or consent of the stockholders of Saba in accordance with Saba's Articles of Incorporation and applicable law.
