Safe and Healthful Environment. A. Each building will maintain a location for employees to take breaks and eat lunch that will be a comfortable environment. B. It is the responsibility of the Board of Education to provide a safe and healthful environment at each work site in compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements. C. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to report in writing, any unsafe or unhealthful condition or equipment to the immediate supervisor. It shall be the immediate supervisor’s responsibility to respond to the employee in writing. In each case copies should be sent to the Director of Maintenance.
