This Agreement is entered into by the State of Oregon, acting through its Department of Administrative Services, Labor Relations Unit (Employer), and the SEIU Local 503, OPEU (Union). The State and its employees recognize the importance of a safe and healthy workplace. As healthcare costs rise and employees are asked to take more responsibility for their own health, the Parties mutually agree to partner and work toward achieving safe and healthy working environments.
