Safe and Proper Use of Glasshouse. The Hirer will use the premises and its facilities and its equipment in a safe proper and efficient manner to the satisfaction of Glasshouse Management and will immediately comply with any direction given by Glasshouse Management or authorised officer in connection with the safe and proper use of the premises and its facilities and equipment and the Hirer will:- a) ensure all agents and servants are knowledgeable of/and observe, all procedures as outlined in the Glasshouse Site Induction and Safety Handbook and; b) leave the premises and its facilities and equipment in a clean safe and proper condition to the satisfaction of Glasshouse Management or authorised officer;
