Safe Housing of Equipment. The Trader must, subject to clause 29.1, include in each of its Customer Agreements (subject to any written agreement between the Trader and the Distributor) an undertaking by the Customer to provide and maintain, at no cost to the Distributor, suitable space for the safe and secure housing of any of the Distributor’s Equipment relating primarily to the connection to the Network of Points of Connection at the Customer’s Premises that the Distributor determines is necessary.

Safe Housing of Equipment. The Retailer will, subject to clause 27.1, include in its Consumer Contracts (subject to any alternative written agreement between the Retailer and the Distributor) an undertaking by the Consumer to provide and maintain, at no cost to the Distributor, suitable space for the safe and secure housing of any of the Distributor’s Equipment relating primarily to the connection to the Network of Points of Connection at the Consumer’s Premises that the Distributor determines is necessary.

  • Location of Equipment The Customer shall not remove the Equipment from the location shown herein as the place of use of the equipment, without prior written approval of the Company.
