Safe Patient Handling and Minimal Lift Team. Consistent with the hospital’s commitment to provide a safe and healthy workplace for employees and to ensure the highest quality care, the parties agree to maintain the safe patient handling and minimal lift plan. The parties agree to maintain the multi-disciplinary team and to maintain the plan. The team shall consist of equal members of direct care providers and Employer representatives and others as necessary to develop an effective plan.
