Change in Classification. A change in classification shall not alter a nurse’s accrued seniority for purposes of accrual of benefits or placement in the wage schedule.
Change in Classification. All positions to be reclassified shall be reclassified in accordance with the Joint Gender- Neutral Job Evaluation Maintenance Agreement.
Change in Classification. Employees who change positions, upon approval of the School District, resulting in a change in classification, shall have the difference between the starting pay rate of the existing classification and the starting pay rate of the new classification (as found in New Employee Pay Levels in Appendix A) added to or subtracted from their hourly pay rate.
Change in Classification. When the duties of any job are substantially changed, or when a new job is created, the rate of pay shall be subject to negotiations between the Employer and the Union. If the parties are unable to agree on the rate of pay for the job in question, such dispute shall be submitted to grievance and arbitration for determination. The new rate shall become retroactive to the time the new position was first challenged by way of grievance.
Change in Classification. The effective date of any change in classification will be the date of written notification, with rationale, to Human Resources/Compensation from either the Principal or program SUPERVISOR.
Change in Classification. If the classification of marijuana as a Schedule I drug is altered in any way or federal marijuana enforcement policy changes, the Parties agree to meet and discuss the need to modify this Compact. If such modifications cannot be agreed upon, then either Party may terminate this Compact upon 60 days written notice.

If an employee's job is reclassified to a position that would normally receive a lesser rate of pay, or if an employee is required to serve in a lower classification, that employee’s previous rate of pay will be continued until exceeded by the new classification’s pay rate.
Change in Classification. The University shall not change the duties and responsibilities of a bargaining unit member with a resultant lower pay level and classification as a part of the disciplinary process. It is understood, however, that it may be necessary on occasion to change an employee's job duties and responsibilities to more effectively serve the changing needs of the University. In such case, the affected bargaining unit member shall be involved in discussion(s) prior to any changes taking place and shall have the opportunity to call for a Special Conference to discuss options and concerns.
Change in Classification. (i) An Employee shall be entitled to submit a request for review of their classification to Human Resources and their direct supervisor, including the reason(s) they are requesting a review.
