SAFEGUARD AGAINST FRAUD. The Provider shall safeguard the Authority funding of the Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contract against Fraud generally and, in particular, Fraud on the part of the Provider or its Staff. The Provider shall notify the Authority immediately if it has reason to suspect that any Fraud has occurred or is occurring or is likely to occur.
