Safeguarding Confidential Information. The Parties shall restrict dissemination of the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information to those individuals who must be directly involved in evaluating or using the Confidential Information to fulfill the Purpose. The Parties shall use no less than reasonable care in safeguarding the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information against inappropriate disclosure. Reasonable care may include, without limitation, use of passwords and electronic privacy protection measures.

Safeguarding Confidential Information. The Parties Receiving Party shall restrict dissemination of the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information to those individuals who must be directly involved in evaluating or using safeguard the Confidential Information from unauthorized use, access or disclosure using at least the degree of care it uses to fulfill the Purpose. The Parties shall use protect its most sensitive information and no less than a reasonable care in safeguarding the degree of care. The Receiving Party shall promptly notify Disclosing Party’s Party of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information against inappropriate and take all reasonable steps to cooperate with Disclosing Party to prevent further use or disclosure.
