Safeguarding Confidential Information. CONTRACTOR shall implement administrative, physical and technical safeguards that reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all PSEI and PHI related to the services provided pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, electronic PSEI and PHI that CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, uses or transmits on behalf of COUNTY. CONTRACTOR shall develop and maintain a written information privacy and security program that includes administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the size and complexity of CONTRACTOR’s operations and the nature and scope of its activities, including, at a minimum, all of the following safeguards:
