Safeguarding Participant Information. The use or disclosure by any Party of any information concerning an applicant for, or recipient of, services under this Agreement is directly limited to the conduct of this Agreement. Subrecipient shall safeguard the confidentiality of this information. Subrecipient shall include a clause to this effect in all subcontracts.
