If you use a Mobile Device to access Online Banking, using a web browser on your Mobile Device, you understand that there are additional safeguards that you must take to protect your Mobile Device. Although the Mobile Transactions initiated through Online Banking will not display the full account number for any of your Accounts, it will display other sensitive information about your Account(s), including balances and transfer amounts. Anyone with access to your Mobile Device, Username and Password may be able to view this information. You also agree to abide by all user manuals, guides, instructions and other documentation (individually and collectively, the "Mobile Device Documents") that your Mobile Device service provider/carrier and/or Mobile Device manufacturer provide to you regarding the proper and appropriate use of your Mobile Device. Among other things, you agree that you will not "jailbreak" or otherwise tamper with the appropriate use of your Mobile Device as outlined in the Mobile Device Documents. The Bank will not be liable to you for any losses that may result from your failure to follow these security procedures. We may change these security procedures from time to time at our discretion.
