Common use of Safety and Environmental Clause in Contracts

Safety and Environmental. In carrying out its responsibilities under this Agreement, AMRI agrees to ensure that the Services are conducted in compliance with any applicable SUNESIS protocols, provided that such protocols are specifically agreed to in writing by AMRI, and/or specifications of which AMRI is reasonably advised in a timely manner and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including, but not limited to the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto and all relevant U.S. environmental regulations.

Safety and Environmental. In carrying out its responsibilities under this Agreement, AMRI agrees to ensure assure that the Services are conducted in compliance with any applicable SUNESIS protocols, provided that such SPRI protocols are specifically agreed to in writing by AMRI, and/or specifications of which AMRI is reasonably advised in a timely manner and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including, but not limited to to, the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto and thereto. Also included is compliance with all relevant environmental regulations in force at the U.S. environmental regulationsFederal, State, and Local levels.
