Common use of Safety and Health Precautions Clause in Contracts

Safety and Health Precautions. a) Faculty members shall observe normally acceptable safety precautions in the performance of their assigned duties. b) Faculty members shall be responsible for conforming to and complying with District policies, procedures, rules, and regulations that pertain to the college facilities. c) Faculty members shall exercise their independent judgment as it applies to health and safety precautions in order to maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning.
