SAFETY AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT. Section 1. Both the Employer and the Union agree to responsibility for cooperative enforcement of safety rules and regulations. Section 2. The Safety Committee shall include representatives from both the Employer and the Union and whomever else the Employer shall designate. Section 3. Should an employee file written complaint to the Safety Committee of unsafe or unhealthy conditions in violation of accepted safety and health policies, the matter if not corrected in five (5) days satisfactorily may be processed according to provisions under Article 23 of this Agreement.
