Common use of Safety and Site Rules Clause in Contracts

Safety and Site Rules. 8.5.1. The Supplier and/or anyone acting on its behalf and/or anyone engaged on behalf of the Supplier in the execution of the Works shall comply with IAA's Site Rules, Safety and Health Requirements and Regulations attached hereto as Annex "E", including instructions of the IAA’s safety inspector and all applicable safety laws, and will diligently endeavor to meet or exceed international and Israeli safety standards.
