Safety and Training Division and Scheduling Division Premium Pay. Employees in classification 9139 assigned to the Safety and Training Department and Scheduling Department shall receive a training premium of One Dollar and Fifty cents ($1.50) per hour but such premium shall be payable only for days and hours actually worked.
