Safety Conditions and Educational Environment. 5.1 Non-Hazardous Working Conditions 5.1.1 The District shall take all reasonable steps to provide safe and non- hazardous working conditions for the employees in order to promote safety and well being of the members of the bargaining unit. To ensure that exposure to unsafe conditions is minimized, unit members shall cooperate with the District in the implementation of its safety program and shall report any unsafe or potentially unsafe conditions to their immediate supervisor. OSHA standards shall be the final determinant of Health & Safety conditions at the work site.
