Safety Issues and Incidents. 33.9.1 Notwithstanding the rights of parties within the Work Health and Safety Act, the parties acknowledge that Work Health and Safety legislation (as varied from time to time) provides for rights, duties and obligations in relation to dealing with and responding to safety issues and incidents, including in relation to: (a) reporting of incidents; (b) following Company processes and procedures; and (c) The parties also acknowledge that Company policies and procedures, as varied from time to time, also deal with safety issues and incidents, including the process for reporting and dealing with such matters.
