Safety Management. A safety statement shall be prepared by the Concessionaire once every year to bring out clearly the system of management of checks and maintenance tolerances for various elements comprising the Project and compliance thereof. The statement shall also bring out the nature and extent of staff training and awareness in dealing with such checks and tolerances. [2 (two)] copies of the statement shall be sent to the Independent Expert within [15 (fifteen)] days of the close of every year.
