Common use of Safety Plan Clause in Contracts

Safety Plan. The A-E must prepare and submit to COUNTY a safety plan for review and comment prior to beginning services. This safety plan shall comply with all OSHA, County, and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) services, safety, and health rules governing the conduct of its employees, agents, and sub-consultants at and about the Project job site. A-E agrees that it shall ensure that its supervisory personnel, employees, agents, and sub-consultants at the job site comply strictly with such rules. COUNTY reserves the right, from time to time, to make recommendations to revise the safety plan and revise any safety rules therein. A-E shall comply fully with such rules as revised in accordance with the foregoing provisions.
