Safety Plan. Seller shall provide to Buyer, prior to commencement of any construction activities on the Site, a report from an independent engineer (acceptable to both Buyer and Seller) certifying that Seller has a written plan for the safe construction and operation of the Facility in accordance with Prudent Electrical Practices.
