Common use of Safety Plan Clause in Contracts

Safety Plan. Contractor’s Safety Plan specifically adapted for the Project. Contractor's Safety Plan shall comply with the following requirements and shall be submitted to the District for information purposes only: 10.3.1. All applicable requirements of California Division of Industrial Safety (“CalOSHA”) and/or of the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”). 10.3.2. All provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these General Construction Provisions.
