Common use of Safety Plan Clause in Contracts

Safety Plan. Prior to commencement of Services under this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall provide a draft Safety Plan which will be evaluated by the Department's Safety Officer and Park Manager. A final Safety Plan, which incorporates the District and Park Manager's comments and shall be approved by the Department’s Safety Officer, shall be implemented prior to commencement of Services under this Agreement.
