Safety & Quality Requirements. 12.1.1 The Facility Manager shall comply with the provisions of the SFM Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits and conform to Good Industry Practice for securing the safety of the SFM Project, all invitees on Station Area, and all operations personnel, maintenance personnel, users and third parties.
