SAFETY SENSITIVE FUNCTION – DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING. 1. The District shall comply with the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49, Section 382, ET seq. 2. The provisions of this article apply only to employees whose duties include the driving of a commercial motor vehicle where a Class A or Class B driver’s license is required. Bargaining unit classifications with such duties are limited to: a. School Bus Driver; b. Any employee who in the course of their employment duties must possess a Class A or Class B driver’s license.
