Safety Shoe Standards. All Employees shall be required to wear safety shoes on the job regardless of their assignment. The Union and the Town mutually agree that the ASTM Standard or other current standard is the applicable standard for shoes, and the parties will mutually agree to the specific standard to be applied to different job classifications.
