Common use of SAFETY SWITCH Clause in Contracts

SAFETY SWITCH. (a) If applicable, in this clause “approved safety switch” refers to an approved safety switch under Part 6, Division 4 of the Electrical Safety Regulation 2013 (“Electricity Regulations”) and the terms used have the meanings as defined in the Electricity Regulations. (b) If there is an approved safety switch installed for the general purpose of socket-outlets in the Improvements, the Seller makes no representations about the condition, quality or working order of the approved safety switch.
