Common use of Salary and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Salary and Expenses. Company shall pay Employee a base salary at an annual rate of not less than $265,000, as adjusted from time to time under Company's salary review procedures, in each case less standard income and payroll tax withholding and other authorized deductions. Such salary shall be earned and shall be payable in regular installments in accordance with Company's normal payroll practices. Employee shall also be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable business expenses in accordance with Company policy.
