Common use of Salary and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Salary and Expenses. The Company will pay Executive at the salary rate that was in place immediately prior to the Separation Date in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices through the Separation Date. Executive will be reimbursed for any unreimbursed business expenses incurred prior to the Separation Date pursuant to Company policy. Reimbursement requests must be submitted before the Separation Date.
