Salary Benefits and Other Compensation. As compensation for the services and duties to be rendered and performed by Employee hereunder, Company shall pay to Employee the compensation and other benefits set forth below. All compensation received by Employee shall be subject to all applicable federal, state and local withholding taxes and such other employment taxes as are required with respect thereto.
