Common use of Salary Continuation During Disability Clause in Contracts

Salary Continuation During Disability. If Executive for any reason whatsoever becomes permanently disabled so that he is unable to perform the duties prescribed herein, Company agrees to pay Executive his monthly installments of salary, payable in the same manner as provided for the payment of salary herein, for a period of up to six (6) months from the date of disability or until the expiration of the employment term provided for herein, whichever occurs sooner.
