The Plan Administrator shall establish a Salary Deferral Account for each Participant and for those Employees who are not otherwise Participants but for whose benefit Plan-to-Plan Transfers are made which include funds subject to the restrictions on distribution set forth in Code section 401(k)(2)(B).
